Ms. Indrani Rajendran has more than 20 years of experience and has been a Monitoring and Evaluation consultant in the women empowerment and youth development sector in Sri Lanka. Through her practical experience, she supported Sri Lankan social cohesion and peacebuilding programming with organizational improvement plans, developed monitoring frameworks, provided technical support with survey implementation, and planned and facilitated workshops on organizational internal analysis and strategic planning. Ms. Rajendran has participated in dozens of evaluations, produced data collection mechanisms and tools, participated in KIIs and FGDs, and contributed to final reporting writing. Ms. Rajendran’s strong research skills, familiarity with USAID/UN programs, and strong background in the women empowerment and youth development sector bring immense value to the QQRC team. She is proficient in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
