Indrani Rajendran

Indrani Rajendran is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting programs related to women, youth development, and community engagement in Sri Lanka. She has contributed to a wide range of initiatives through the design of monitoring frameworks, the implementation of surveys, and the facilitation of strategic planning and internal organizational assessments.

Indrani’s work has supported national and international projects by producing practical tools for data collection, contributing to key informant interviews and focus group discussions, and assisting in the development of final evaluation reports. She has also helped organizations improve internal processes and performance through tailored evaluation and planning support.

Her multilingual skills, including proficiency in English, Tamil, and Sinhala, further enhance her ability to engage effectively across diverse contexts.
