Sandra Williams, Ph.D.

As CEO of QQ, Dr. Sandra Williams brings over 15 years of experience in research and evaluation. She received her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and her doctoral degree in Developmental Psychology from Florida International University.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Williams has monitored and evaluated more than 100 projects, delivering actionable recommendations and providing coaching to support ongoing program improvement. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing rigorous evaluation studies, including both random assignment and quasi-experimental designs. She brings a strong foundation in quantitative research methods and is highly skilled in a wide array of statistical techniques, such as ANOVA, regression, longitudinal analysis, factor analysis, structural equation modeling, mixture modeling, and other complex multivariate approaches. Her technical expertise is supported by proficiency in leading statistical software packages, including SPSS, STATA, AMOS, and Mplus.

In addition to her quantitative expertise, Dr. Williams brings valuable experience in qualitative research and facilitation, enabling her to capture nuanced, context-rich insights that complement statistical findings. Known for her collaborative approach, Dr. Williams works closely with clients as a thought partner to deliver data-driven strategic insights and guidance. Her work spans a variety of settings, including clinical, public sector, and academic environments.
