Victoria Haley is a Research Analyst who brings a thoughtful, multidisciplinary approach to research and evaluation projects across the U.S. and internationally, including work in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. She incorporates an understanding of human behavior and mental health into her work, with an emphasis on tailoring research approaches to fit specific local contexts and participant backgrounds.
Victoria has strong expertise in data aggregation, secondary data sourcing, instrument development, mixed-methods research, report writing, and data visualization. She has applied these skills while leading and supporting projects for clients such as the United States Institute of Peace, the U.S. Department of State, the International Republican Institute, the International Youth Foundation, the Forest Stewardship Council Foundation, McDonald’s Corporation, the Early Learning Coalition of Broward County, and The Children’s Trust Miami.
Her experience also includes working on collaborative research teams and developing survey tools to support community organizations, including those focused on supporting individuals affected by domestic violence.
Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University.
