Savannah Smith is a Research Analyst who partners with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and foundations to assess and strengthen the effectiveness of programs in both U.S. and international settings. She applies a thoughtful and strategic approach to research, drawing on her background in education, policy, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Savannah’s early professional experiences, including roles at a political consulting firm, the U.S. Department of State, and a U.S. Senate office, helped shape her commitment to public service and informed analysis. At QQ, she has led and contributed to various projects, working with clients such as the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, The Children’s Trust Miami, the United States Institute of Peace, and the International Republican Institute. Her expertise includes leading project teams, facilitating focus groups, and conducting qualitative research to inform program design and evaluation. As a graduate student, Savannah co-authored a book that explored the educational experiences of individuals navigating resettlement and integration in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas.

Savannah holds a master’s degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University, a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Political Science from Randolph-Macon College, and a Certificate in International Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
