Randy Toolsie is a Data Specialist who collaborates with Research Analysts and Subject Matter Experts on data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis, as well as project coordination and operational support. Drawing on his background in psychology and education, Randy brings an informed and thoughtful approach to research practices and team collaboration.

He has extensive experience supporting clients with data sourcing and project management and has contributed to both domestic and international projects. His work includes support for initiatives funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the U.S. Department of State, and the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA). Across these projects, Randy has helped conduct landscape scans, desk reviews, survey development, database management, and mixed-methods data analysis. He values research that helps reflect a range of experiences and supports well-informed decision-making for diverse audiences.

Randy is currently completing a master’s degree in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University, with a minor in Education through the State Approved Professional Training Option (CAEP).
