Dr. Rachel Clarke is a Research Analyst who collaborates with clients to meet their research and evaluation goals by leading data collection, data analysis, and the dissemination of findings. In doing so, she understands the importance of maintaining an open line of communication with clients to provide the support necessary for the successful evaluation of their programs.
Dr. Clarke has worked with four grant-funded programs at Miami-Dade College geared towards improving the success of more than 3,000 underrepresented minority students.
Trained in community-based research, Dr. Clarke has experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data related to social and behavioral programs in the community. She has published and presented her research in academic journals and at national conferences. Furthermore, Dr. Clarke is a certified health education specialist, and has received additional training in advanced program evaluation and health literacy.
Dr. Clarke holds a doctoral degree in Public Health from Florida International University.
