Jessica Kyriakakis is a management professional who engages colleagues, funders, and community partners to design, develop, and evaluate programs focused on meeting identified community needs and improving quality of life for children, youth, and families. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit and program management, resource development, and capacity building with both domestic and international private, governmental and community-based organizations, Jessica understand the importance of generating revenue to expand the business, while simultaneously developing the necessary infrastructure and systems to support and sustain organizational growth.

Locally, as Director of Grants at United Way of Miami-Dade and at OIC of South Florida, she led interdepartmental efforts for the significant growth of grant portfolios, securing a number of large-scale, multi-year federal grants, as well as state, local, and private funding that enabled expansion of programs and services to additional counties, benefitting an increased number of community residents. She is certified to teach English as a Foreign Language and in addition to teaching abroad, her work at the grassroots level during her Peace Corps service, developing a bilingual youth and peer education program, was presented at the 5th International Congress for AIDS in Asia and the Pacific in Kuala Lumpur. Jessica holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Management from The New School in New York.
