Research Analyst

Gino Rubens is a Research Assistant who works on an array of projects. He believes that the validity and security of all data are critical and understands how to build close-knit relationships with his clients, to ensure effective communication, which enables him to tailor his skills to match their needs.

Gino is adept in cleaning and preparing data for analysis, developing and maintaining databases, data collection, managing online and offline survey platforms and providing technical assistance. Gino guarantees that data is secure, and the confidentiality of individuals is protected.

He currently collects and manages data for 20 state-funded out of school time programs, administers surveys in support of the University of Michigan’s evaluation of the Sandy Hook Foundation’s Say Something Anonymous Reporting program, and manages all aspects of survey hosting for a United States Department of State Haiti Opinion Poll.

Gino has experience producing reports and preparing deliverables for his clients on an ongoing basis and meeting project deadlines. In addition to his experience working with diverse cultures, he is trained in LGBTQ Proficiency and Bias, as well as Implicit Bias.

Gino holds a BA in Psychology from Florida International University and is currently pursuing his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Florida International University.
