Q-Q Research Consultants is a women-owned 8(a) small business with over 20 years of experience using data, technology, and innovation to develop solutions for private and public business sectors and partnerships domestically and internationally.

 

We provide high quality and personalized services. Some of our clients include government agencies, community service providers, school districts, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, and post-secondary institutions.

Sandra Williams, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sandra Williams is CEO of Q-Q Research Consultants, a minority and woman-owned consulting firm. Dr. Williams received her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and her doctorate in Developmental Psychology from Florida International University

Robyn McLymont, M.S.

Managing Director

As the Managing Director for Q-Q Research Consultants, Robyn McLymont balances the oversight of human resource management and operations, as well as finance. She keeps the CEO abreast of significant activities, develops policies and procedures, fosters positive client and employee experiences and integrates the company’s goals, mission, vision and values into all aspects of the business.

Jessica Kyriakakis, M.S.

Quality Assurance and Procurement Specialist

Jessica Kyriakakis is a management professional who engages colleagues, funders, and community partners to design, develop, and evaluate programs focused on meeting identified community needs and improving quality of life for children, youth, and families.

Jeanette Lopez

Administrative Assistant

Jeanette Lopez is an Administrative Assistant who works with Q-Q Research Consultants to support the team’s daily operations by working behind the scenes and maintaining the organizational structure. Jeanette believes that the foundation of any effective team is excellent communication and organization.

Laurent Saint-Louis, MPH

Research Analyst

Laurent Saint-Louis is a Research Analyst who is passionate about integrating research, technology, and design to strategically address community and societal needs. Laurent is particularly skilled at graphically presenting research data to help make informed decisions.

Alexis A. Vollmer Rivera, Ph.D

Research Manager 

Dr. Lexi Vollmer Rivera is a Research Manager who leads Research Analysts, Research Assistants, and Consultants as they provide research and evaluation services to clients who are seeking to impact their communities positively by making data-driven decisions.

 

Gino Rubens, B.A.

Research Assistant

Gino Rubens is a Research Assistant who works on an array of projects. He believes that the validity and security of all data are critical and understands how to build close-knit relationships with his clients, to ensure effective communication, which enables him to tailor his skills to match their needs.

Kelly Manning, M.A.

Research Analyst

Kelly Manning is a Research Analyst who works with clients across South Florida to assist them in collecting, analyzing, and submitting grant-required data.  Kelly understands the importance of listening to clients in order to provide the supports they need most to carry out their work.

Amanda Lahiere, M.S.

Research Assistant

Amanda is a Research Assistant at Q-Q Research Consultants who supports Research Analysts, Research Managers, and Executives through quantitative and qualitative data collection, data management, and the maintenance of positive and professional communication with clients.

Santiago Bunce, MPIA

 

Santiago Bunce is an economist and analyst with a passion for improving quality of life and a commitment to creating opportunities that yield true prosperity and development. Over the last ten years, Santiago has refined his skills in international development, statistics, economics, facilitation, community engagement, and nonprofit management.

Kristin Nichols-Lopez, Ph. D.

 

Dr. Kristin Nichols-Lopez has 10 years of experience in research and evaluation in the areas of developmental, counseling and clinical psychology, as well as in K-12 and postsecondary education. She received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Marcela Gutierrez, Ph.D.

 

Marcela Gutierrez is an applied anthropologist and qualitative researcher who has worked as a program evaluator for the past 25 years. During this time she has held progressively responsible positions with non-profit and academic institutions concentrating on evaluation, program planning, capacity building.

Sabrina Des Rosiers, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Sabrina Des Rosiers is a developmental psychologist and currently an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She earned her B.A in psychology from the University of South Florida and her M.S. and Ph.D. from the Florida International University

Jowel Laguerre, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Laguerre holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership for college and university administration, a master’s degree in Education in School Administration, a master’s degree in French Literature from the University of Kansas, a bachelors in Mathematics and Physics Education.

Wilnise Horsey, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Horsey received her Ph.D. from the Department of Psychology at Howard University in the area of Developmental Psychology. She received her Master of Arts degree in Neuropsychology from Central Connecticut State University. Dr. Horsey has taught statistics and research methods for several years.
