Taylar is a Research Analyst who partners with organizations working to improve community health outcomes through both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Her work explores how social and environmental factors influence population health and helps clients use data to guide meaningful decision-making.

She has led evaluation efforts for a range of public health initiatives, including the City of Miami Gardens’ community health programs, the Florida Department of Health’s Live Healthy Miami Gardens project, and the Broward County Human Services Department. Taylar also contributes to statewide efforts focused on expanding access to quality care through the Florida Blue Foundation’s public health training initiative.

Taylar has published peer-reviewed research and presented her work at regional and national scientific conferences. She brings strong technical expertise in SPSS, Excel, SAS, and advanced statistical analysis, along with hands-on experience designing and interpreting health research in diverse community settings.

Taylar holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology, with a certificate in Social Determinants of Health, from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
