QQ was engaged to lead a strategic IT staffing and resource assessment for the National Institutes of Health, with a forward-looking horizon. Our role focused on identifying current operational capabilities and forecasting future infrastructure and talent requirements to ensure scalable, mission-aligned growth in IT and computational science services. Through targeted interviews with 35 key stakeholders across NIH labs, we captured critical insights into anticipated resource demands, enabling data-driven planning and sustainable investment in technology and personnel.

QQ conducted research to inform program participants’ needs, input, and satisfaction with Trust-funded programming across three areas: 1) afterschool programs and summer camps, 2) parent education and support programs, and 3) school-based health services. As a culmination of this work, QQ created a series of reports and dashboards to assist the Trust in 1) assessing the needs and interests of potential recipients to inform planning for future investments and 2) incorporating the input and satisfaction from current service recipients to support providers’ continuous learning and quality improvement.
