Ashley N. Harris holds her Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University. Her expertise lies in data collection, analyses, and report writing. She has experience in experimental and quasi-experimental research in both the academic and applied realms. Previously, Ashley worked as a Research Coordinator to insure continuous improvement of leadership development programs, based on current research and evaluative feedback from participants. She is now Research Analyst and is responsible for the execution of several evaluations that include both quantitative and qualitative research and reporting. She has lead focus groups and interviews for educational grants, and uses the statistical software, SPSS to perform statistical tests with the quantitative data.
