About Us 

High Quality, Personalized Service

Q-Q Research Consultants is the only minority woman-owned full service consulting firm with extensive experience in research and program evaluation in South Florida. We offer a wide array of services, including all aspects of research design and planning.


Q-Q Research Consultants comprises a diverse group of professionals with advanced academic training in quantitative and qualitative methodologies.


We provide high quality, personalized services for all your research needs. Some of our clients have included government agencies, community service providers, school districts, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, and academic groups.


Q-Q Research Consultants believes there are three essential components that are necessary for successful implementation of any research or evaluation project: collaboration, communication, and commitment.

Sandra Williams, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Sandra Williams is CEO of Q-Q Research Consultants, the only minority and woman-owned research and evaluation firm in South Florida. Dr. Williams received her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and her doctorate in Developmental Psychology from Florida International University

Robyn McLymont

Managing Director

Robyn McLymont has ten years of experience in executive non-profit management with a focus on program and staff development, operations, grant administration, partnership development and grant writing. She has held various leadership positions.

Jessica Kyriakakis, M.S.

Quality Assurance and Procurement Specialist

Jessica Kyriakakis holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Management and has experience in nonprofit and program management, resource development, and organizational growth with both domestic and international governmental and community-based organizations.

Adam Gold, M.S.

Research Assistant

Adam Gold is a Research Assistant at Q-Q Research Consultants. He received his master’s degree in Education Policy and Evaluation at Florida State University. His expertise lies in evaluation, policy analysis, data collection, survey administration, and data management.

Ashley Harris, M.S.

Research Analyst

Ashley N. Harris holds her Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University. Her expertise is in data collection, analyses, and report writing. She has experience in experimental and quasi-experimental research in both the academic and applied realms.

Alexis A. Vollmer Rivera, Ph.D

Research Analyst 

Alexis A. Vollmer Rivera holds a Doctor of philosophy Degree in Spanish Linguistics and a graduate Certificate in Computer-Assisted Language Learning form Arizona State University.


Santiago Bunce, MPIA


Santiago Bunce is an economist and analyst with a passion for improving quality of life and a commitment to creating opportunities that yield true prosperity and development. Over the last ten years, Santiago has refined his skills in international development, statistics, economics, facilitation, community engagement, and nonprofit management.

Kristin Nichols-Lopez, Ph. D.


Dr. Kristin Nichols-Lopez has 10 years of experience in research and evaluation in the areas of developmental, counseling and clinical psychology, as well as in K-12 and postsecondary education. She received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.

Marcela Gutierrez, Ph.D.


Marcela Gutierrez is an applied anthropologist and qualitative researcher who has worked as a program evaluator for the past 25 years. During this time she has held progressively responsible positions with non-profit and academic institutions concentrating on evaluation, program planning, capacity building.

Sabrina Des Rosiers, Ph.D.


Dr. Sabrina Des Rosiers is a developmental psychologist and currently an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She earned her B.A in psychology from the University of South Florida and her M.S. and Ph.D. from the Florida International University

Jowel Laguerre, Ph.D.


Dr. Laguerre holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership for college and university administration, a master’s degree in Education in School Administration, a master’s degree in French Literature from the University of Kansas, a bachelors in Mathematics and Physics Education.

Wilnise Horsey, Ph.D.


Dr. Horsey received her Ph.D. from the Department of Psychology at Howard University in the area of Developmental Psychology. She received her Master of Arts degree in Neuropsychology from Central Connecticut State University. Dr. Horsey has taught statistics and research methods for several years.
